The family tree is a most improbable group. It is improbable to find so much talent in one group. It is improbable to find instrumentalists who sing so well. The improbability increases when considering that this is a group founded on formal, classical music training but performs in the contemporary idiom with material and arrangements raising from Latin flavored numbers through Broadway show tunes and includes the today sound. Add to all of these the improbability that a group having such a strong musical basis should also utilize a highly entertaining and well-paced show. But the most improbable thing of all is that members of the family tree are members of the same family; three sisters, a brother, and a brother-in-law, all possessing unique talent and exceptional dedication to produce the finest musical sounds and most entertaining stage show. These are only improbabilities – the impossibility is to find a more enjoyable group than the family tree.
In addition to all of these assets, the family tree possesses two beautiful blossoms in Geri Molina and Bev Molina. Geri is pop – vocals personified being able to capture and project soul as well as Broadway show feelings songs. Bev, while attaining proficiency on the vibes, has a relaxed style of seeing that definitely suits a troubled soul.
